"Parzivals Eye" is the solo project of Chris Postl, known as a composer and musican of the Prog Rock Band RPWL.
He releases the debut album "Fragments" in 2009.

On the clip of "Skylights" Ian used a sustaining slide guitar to create the weird background atmosphere, before playing the solo on top.
