This one may be a little tough to find. Rick Cua (formerly with The Outlaws) is very well known in the Contemporary Christian market. The album contains brilliant guitar work by Ian. The album was initially released in 1983 on Ricks' Refugee label. You probably may have more luck finding the re-release from 1985 on Sparrow Records. At the time Sparrow Records was one of the larger Contemporary Christian labels out there. There weren't many out there back then.
